Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales or peak seasons, order processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Information

To avoid delivery delays, please ensure that:

  • Your full name is correct.

  • Your complete delivery address is provided.

  • Your phone number is accurate and active.

NAYAB WEARS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or an unreachable phone number, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • The wrong item

  • An incomplete order

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos along with your order number. We will review your request and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, NAYAB WEARS ships only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
