Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for:

    • Wrong size received.

    • Wrong item delivered.

    • Defective or damaged product.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    • The product received is defective.

    • The wrong item was delivered.

    • Your order cannot be fulfilled by NAYAB WEARS.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected.

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer, where applicable.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the mistake is on our side.
